About

"Never give up on someone with a mental illness, when "I" is replaced with "we," 'illness' becomes 'wellness.'"- Shannon L. Alder

My name is Brianna and I am a self-love and mental health advocate. I believe taking care of your mental health is not only as important as taking care of your physical health, but absolutely essential. If we neglect our mental wellness, our physical health is in danger of declining as well, because the two are interdependent.

Pretty Balanced Life explores issues related to mental health, self-love, and exploring life post-graduation.
