Hello! Welcome to Pretty Balanced Life. My philosophy is to achieve balance in terms of health and fitness and in mind, body, and spirit. I strive to assist on the individual journey towards achieving optimal health. I believe each person's journey will be unique, and the path to health and happiness does not include a one size fits all approach. I am not a certified nutritionist, therapist, or anything of the sort. I provide advice based on my own personal experience, or things that I have witnessed from others.

I would always advise speaking with a health care professional before adopting a new fitness regimen or diet change.

Pretty Balanced Life aims to help break down the stigma surrounding topics society has deemed 'taboo' to discuss, mainly focused on mental health, diet, self confidence, and body image.

Pretty Balanced Life  is a pro-recovery page, which hopes to help others who have/do suffer from mental illness or an eating disorder. This account is meant to feel like a friend, when you need one, to remind you that you are not alone. Your case is not isolated. Others have been there, and others have gotten through. There is hope for you. There is always hope.
